Owner’s Programs or Rewards Programs. Product Registration. From time to time, some of our Sites may offer online product registration. We do not condone any children (persons under the age of 18) to use the Fitness Time website without the permission of their legal guardians. Children should not submit any personal information to Fitness Time. We collect certain information by automated means when you visit our Sites, such as how many users visited our Sites and the pages accessed. By collecting this information, we learn how to best tailor our Sites to our visitors. We collect this information through various means such as IP addresses, as explained below: IP Addresses and Mobile Device Identifiers. An IP address and mobile device identifier are unique identifiers that certain electronic devices use to identify and communicate with each other on the Internet. When you visit our Sites, we view the IP address or identifier of the device you use to connect to the Internet. Google Health Connect Access and Authentication The Google Health Connect SDK simplifies connectivity between health and fitness apps on Android phones. With explicit user consent, it allows the FT Mobile app to communicate with Health Connect, accessing and sharing health and fitness data. Users can access Health Connect only through secure login protected by a password known only to them. User Permissions Users may grant or deny permissions for the use of Health Connect data, including: Steps Sleep Stairs climbed Heart rate Calories burned during workouts Other supported fitness metrics Users may revoke access at any time. If access is revoked, all previously processed data will be immediately deleted. Data Storage We do not store any Health Connect data. All data is processed and used in real time within the application. Once the user logs out, the data is deleted and cannot be accessed again. Fitness Time uses physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect the safety and security of your personal information. We take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique OTP verification) to verify your identity before granting access to your account in order to protect your privacy and security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and controlling access to your mobile device and email communications. Your fitness and health data are not stored within the application. Instead, they are retrieved and displayed in real time after obtaining your permission. You may revoke this permission at any time, which automatically stops data access and permanently removes any previously fetched data. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. Data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the protection of your personal information during transmission. FITNESS TIME uses reasonable efforts to ensure that customer information collected is protected from unauthorized individuals or third parties. 9. Data Collection 1. Collection and Use of Health & Fitness Data In addition to the information already described, we may collect data that you voluntarily provide through health and fitness questionnaires, including but not limited to: Training goals (such as weight management, strength training, or endurance objectives) Current fitness level Related fitness preferences 2. Purpose of Collection We use this information solely to: Develop and provide a personalized fitness plan tailored to your needs. Help you track your progress and achieve your fitness objectives. Improve the quality and effectiveness of our training programs. 3. Data Access Access to this data is restricted to authorized trainers and staff solely for the purposes described above. 4. Data Sharing We do not share this data with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law. 5. Data Retention This information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above, after which it will be securely deleted.
